Radius mid-shaft fracture
72 years old female patient
Heavy weighted object, falling down injury

Material : 3.5 LCP(AO synthes)
Forearm mid-shaft & proximal 1/3 fracture 는 dorsal thompson
approach를 한다. extensor tendons과 plate irritation을 걱정한다면
plate를 volar side에 위치시키는 것도 충분히 가능하다
