Galeazzi Fx : radius shaft fracture with DRUJ dislocation

Materials : 7 holes LCP, 3.5 mm screws (AO synthes)

 

Radius shaft의 distal 1/3 fracture는 volar henry approach를 한다.

Radius의 length를 정확히 맞춰서 reduction을 하면

DRUJ도 같이 reduction이 된다.

최대 supination 상태에서 DRUJ의 just proximal에

1.6 mm k-wire를 fixation한다.

Forearm의 supination 상태는 수술 후 4~6 wks 정도

유지하는 것으로 되어 있다.
