Fibular : 1/3 tubular plate, 2.4 mini-screws, 3.5 cortical screws
medial malleolar & syndesmosis : 4.0 cancellous screws
반드시 fibular fracture를 먼저 해결하여야 한다.
정확한 length를 맞추면 medial malleolar fracture도 쉽게 맞춰져서
수술이 쉬어진다.
